3D print direct to bronze or glass

Now we are 3d printing direct to PMMA plastic in lieu of making a mold and wax for bronze, steel, or glass casting. PMMA plastic is provided by ‘VoxelJet’  They are a German company with offices in Michigan. My understanding is they developed this material specifically for this ‘direct to cast’ process. Shown is a 12″  3d PMMA sculpture print which resembles a ‘Telomere.’
